      Avoid - Not the best place...

      A few members of the team that are nice and friendly

      Cons

      No structure, organisation or leadership at all. Everything is just on a 'we'll wing it' basis. Very limited areas for growth, the glass ceiling is made very evident from the beginning, not the place for someone wanting to grow in their role. No creativity or innovation and its not welcomed either. Upper management has their favourites and thats it. People with half the knowledge will get paid more.

      Location of the office was good and some staff were friendly & welcoming.

      Cons

      Management were often dismissive and unhelpful. They never appreciated honest feedback when completing tasks.
