    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wincanton full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The best reason to not work for the company is that Wincanton cant pay the wages right on time and correct monies owed.
I have been owed £1400 plus now for four weeks and have still not payed me. My next option is now taking them to the small claims court and get the county sherrifs involved to receive my monies that are owed.

    Cons

The cons are just like I have said in the pros column. All it says is asking for pros and not pros as to working for them.

    Advice to Management

Get peoples money right the first time and stop having people waiting for weeks on end to get their money that is owed.
