No career path & toxic company culture
Pros
I can't think of any. Please dont consider this company especially you are a new graduate. You deserve a better job.
Cons
1. No career path. You are expected to create multiple LinkedIn accounts and send invitation to fund/asset managers 50% of your time. You would never do something like this in other companies/positions. Your would ruin your career if staying this company for more than a year. 2. Bad management. This company reminds me of how CCP rules China. They have camera setup in the office, location tracking mobile apps installed in your phone, finger punch clock twice a day. The leadership keeps being nontransparent, and ever-changing policies were made without considering how clients and its employees would feel. Once there a problem caused by the bad new policies, they would simply blame on you. 3. Lots of OT. Expect to work with colleagues in China at their timezone. 4. Toxic culture. You are required to write reflection and comments on company leader's talks, which is absolutely BS. They expect you to write "positive" things rather than criticism. 5. No benefits. No 401K match. No insurance provided. 5 days PTO and 5 days sick leave.
