      Very little micro-management. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of consistent direction. Driven by ownership's hunger for growth. Massively under staffed. Workaholic culture creates pressure for everyone to do the same. Most clients are dissatisfied most of the time, creating stress for employees. Huge ticket backlog. Most of the truly talented staff has already left the company over the past few years.
