Pros
Working at Wiredrive after working for a lot of crappy companies has been a very good eye opener to what a good company culture should be. Always trying to have the most positive and respectful outlook on developing a strong and competitive brand.
Cons
There are growing pains as with any company, but that will just be something that fixes itself over time.There is nothing else I can really see as a con.

Great product. Outstanding people. Awesome clients. Loved service. Execellent support. Fun Events. Internation travel. Industry parties. Great technology. Top of the line gear.
Cons
Small development team. New management. Leadership team is exploring options for 2016 to define how to acheive market domination. Requires drive to explore paths that may not be fruitful and to be willing to pivot when opportunity appears. The team is outstanding and humble.
