They will keep 50% of money from the Client. Dont pay the money for your work. When you contact them to release paychecks no one responds and If they respond, they talk Rude and unprofessionally. This company is JUST CHEATING and Its a Scam . Its not only me. I have few friends worked for them and they are in same situation. Struggling badly to get payments back!! PLEASE DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Incentives are paid promptly%2C unless the claim reached later%2C still the reminder sent to the employee officially. Internal record shows a max of 13 days delay. Hike always depends on the performance and the record shows the hike given in minimal even for the non-performers%2C meaning who have not met the goal itself%2C but with a good attitude and efforts put with commitment. Parent company is Wisdom.
