Pros

I have never been treated so kindly and trained with such patience and persistence as I have with this company. Some of the customers are difficult to deal with but you get that in any CS job. Great place to work.

Cons

The company is growing in leaps and bounds thanks to government grants but is having to leave some customers behind or on the backburner due to the pandemic and network upgrades that would have been put off for years for other projects but required a change of scheduling to get the network up to speed with current demands for service. This isn't Wisper's fault, but try explaining that to a customer... It's a hard sell. My only wish is that the economy reopens soon so that email servers and legacy networks can be fully updated.

Pros

Great coworkers and great morale among coworkers and are always willing and able to help each other.

Cons

Pay is the "industry standard" according to the ceo, but his "core values" wants above and beyond standard of work. Once you become an expert in the field and have experience in every avenue they suddenly have no money, even though they have millions from government grants.
