They will check up on you every once in a while, and provide constructive feedback. 2. Accessibility to leadership team - The leadership team is accessible and available to provide specific insights to improve on your work. Feedback plays a very important role for them. They are open to conducting review calls every quarter to plan your and company growth. 3. Lastly, all founders are very helpful and supportive. Mistakes are smartly pointed out and rectified. High focus on customer service and delivering optimum quality service. Especially, the CTO - provides room for experimentation and builds roadmap with employee for employee growth. Various suggestions for courses were made to improve on work. 4. Transparency - Monthly demos and townhall meetings are conducted to ensure the whole team is on the same page.
