Pros

- on time salary - hybrid WFH policy

Cons

- incompetent CTO and tech team - usually performance is based on showing, trying to charm CEO or HR instead of work related - HR openly revealing salary infront of all employees for queries - no vision for hiring and firing have fired some people in the past in less than a month without any reason

Pros

1. Great Team and Culture: The company has an excellent culture and supportive work environment. Once you have shown your strengths and explained your vision, the leadership team will provide you with complete ownership of the task. They will check up on you every once in a while, and provide constructive feedback. 2. Accessibility to leadership team - The leadership team is accessible and available to provide specific insights to improve on your work. Feedback plays a very important role for them. They are open to conducting review calls every quarter to plan your and company growth. 3. Lastly, all founders are very helpful and supportive. Mistakes are smartly pointed out and rectified. High focus on customer service and delivering optimum quality service. Especially, the CTO - provides room for experimentation and builds roadmap with employee for employee growth. Various suggestions for courses were made to improve on work. 4. Transparency - Monthly demos and townhall meetings are conducted to ensure the whole team is on the same page. Goal setting, improvement, new ideas, weaknesses are all openly discussed. Solutions are brainstormed on together. 5. Flexibility - Allows flexibility and understands personal commitments. Never a moment of hesitation or awkwardness. Since the leadership team is young themselves, they understand employee requests.

Cons

No cons as such. I had a great experience. As long as you provide your valuable insights to the team they will value and recognize your efforts.
