Pros

Free fizzy drinks and a little bit of free food

Cons

Overpromised roles. Underpaid and overworked staff. Mickey Mouse promotions to undeserving, but popular amongst management, staff members. Loads of redundancies. Horrendous management with no background in being managers, and bad training. Mightier than thou attitude. No direction. Bad product with ancient software that constantly breaks. Promises to customers that can’t be fulfilled. A workforce that are all jumping ship. Bad location

Good at first but soon starts to wear

Pros

The location in the Uk is good. The team are friendly and there are regular socials.

Cons

Pressure from management to deliver unrealistic workloads are horrific. Unrealistic expectations Software platform they are developing is unreliable leading to issues which are not staff's fault but lead you to look unprofessional in front of clients.
