      Pros

      They value work-life balance and manageable workloads. If you don't want the pressure and stress of "the tech industry" it's a great place to work with cutting edge technology. Benefits are good for full time employees, but salary is lower than other similar tech jobs.

      Cons

      A slow version of "agile", and lower comparative salary.
