- no career development at all, any perspective is merely Manager’s hot air - some Site Managers can think up a suitable case and fire you straightforward with 2 days notice if they don’t like you personality - some Managers do not have any corporate ethic which is expressed in treating people not like colleagues but rather like people that should either obey to any commands or leave - there are no interpretation skills training or Interpreter’s code of conduct training provided - there is no systematic or structured feedback system in the company. topics like personal performance during rotations or job shifts are not communicated by the management - some narcissistic individuals that either hate other people and make toxic working environment or barely know English are promoted to Platoon/Company Lead Linguist positions - poor holiday system
