      People are wonderful that work there.

      Unrealistic expectations of management. Employees are just numbers there. High stress.

      Pros

      Free coffee, tea drinks etc, employees are friendly. You get a going away cake when you quit. Took us out for dinner 1 time.

      Cons

      Very poor management team. I worked there for less than 6 months and was given very little training. You had to basically teach yourself everything. Poor accounting system, controller was very rude and micro manages you . Long hours, no recognition. Do your self a favour and say no to world-source financial or Guardian capital..same umbrella company
