Weird place to work, quite unfriendly, bullying is present, but senior staff tend to sweep this under the carpet. Many BLAME (Black And Minority Ethnic Groups) that work as contractors and permanent staff have discussed being treated poorly due to their ethnicity, by staff and colleagues within the business. Disorganised business, high staff turnover, doesn't have a community feel and can feel quite disjointed due to the size of the business and poor internal communications.
