      Some talented colleagues who were great to work with. Great colleagues – smart, supportive, and collaborative Great product/service offering with potential in the right hands. Independence and ownership over your work Work-from-home flexibility, depending on your manager

      Very Amsterdam-centric for a company that markets itself as “European” Constantly shifting priorities with unclear direction from leadership Poor communication, especially around team changes and restructuring High turnover and lack of long-term vision created a chaotic work environment Role was eliminated

      - a lot of nice colleagues - much room to grow - nice environment - cool events - Not corporate at all

      Cons

      - since it is a startup/scale up not everything is in place yet - if you can not work on your own or you need a lot of guidance this is not the place - working on diversity & inclusion, but getting to know everything on it. Open to learn but not there yet.
