      Pros

      Most everyone is knowledgable, respectful, and competent.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are abusive and leadership refuses to move them out of loyalty. Expect to be harassed, verbally and emotionally abused by certain managers and nothing to happen when it's reported. This only happens with certain managers so if you are on the right team everything is great.

      Pros

      X-mode provides their employees with a healthy and collaborative environment to work in. Everybody from the interns to the CEO are welcoming and will do whatever they can to assist you/get you up to speed. Management trusts their subordinates to get the job done and promotes transparency across all departments. I am looking forward to growing with the team/organization!

      Cons

      Due to X-mode being a successful startup, growing pains do occur at times. The benefits package for employees is ok, however they are creative with what benefits are provided.
