O ambiente é péssimo, alta liderança despreparada, pessoas passam o dia todo de um lado para o outro resolvendo demandas urgentes que não levam para lugar nenhum. Ambiente insalubre com pessoas desmotivadas. Infraestrutura péssima, os banheiros são contêineres alugados.

Cons
During my time, there was a disorganized growth in the number of employees and structure. This created a very turbulent environment, which at times hindered the progress of projects. The company still followed a decision flow on projects that went through the CEO, in unnecessary detail, which resulted in significant delays in the project schedule.
