Laid-back working environment (Depending on dept & team members) Exposure to low-to-big scale projects Overall friendly & nice people around

Overemphasis on its Management Trainee program (more mid-managers than actual executive/staff) Lower than market offering (lower base salary & lack of allowance such as OT or commission) Rigid internal processes tend to result in huge delay at work Bias management whereby loyalty & seniority (especially the mgmt trainee graduate) are prioritized more than the default staff
