      They hire grads & treat them like slaves.

      Pros

      Family type feel. They have an ok office. A coffee machine. It's super quiet like a library. They are proud of mx.

      Cons

      It's tragic to see the high turn over of staff they have in the UK office. Treat staff like rubbish. It's not a real tech consultancy. More like fake project management. They are always hiring because they always get people go.

      Xceed Group is a consultancy an not a recruitment agency. Xceed Group offers new graduates the opportunity to work on challenging projects with many types of clients. Many of our new graduates have had great success working at Xceed Group and have had many opportunities for advancement and career growth.

      Initial impression just passable

      Everyone is given very good job titles. I have a few years project management experience but now have a very lofty title

      Seems to do a lot of recruitment Shallow resource pool Little admin support

      In reality a recruitment company rather than a genuine consultancy

      Central location Good package (if you negotiate hard for it) Some big name clients which can be good on your CV

      Cons

      It's not really a consultancy, just a recruitment outfit which bill you out to clients If on the bench it can come tiresome spending time writing out blogs or doing research No career progression opportunities
