      *Flexibility when it comes to choosing a job role: You’re not forced into any particular job role here. You’re allowed to explore areas like technical role, customer support, marketing and SEO, counseling, etc., and once you find your niche, you get ample support from the team to specialise in it. *Never ending learning: It has been more than a year since I started working here and I still learn something new everyday *You do not need to be the best: Hard work is really appreciated here. And from what I have experienced, they do not demand you to be the best. Rather, you putting your best efforts into your work is encouraged. *The team: It is a small team, yeah. But all of them are highly motivated and they challenge me to push harder and become better.

      MORE OF A DISCLAIMER * Working at this company may not be everybody’s cup of tea. Here, there’s no baby sitting or hand holding. Unless and until you’re self-driven and motivated, you may not find this company suitable for you. * If you’re an individual who requires micro managing, needs to be hand-held every step of the way, and can’t stand learning from someone of your same age, then you may not really enjoy working here.
