Working for them. They don't care about the people working for them at all. They terminated over 50 people after acquiring the business on a zoom call after assuring everyone they would be keeping their job. Supervisor from hell got to keep their job so you tell me. They claim to be the best of the best in medical billing but this was hands down the worst training experience. It was an absolute clustercuss. They never even took the time to fully understand what we did to help us succeed with the transition. The new software was light years ahead of the old. Billers did not do claims which was suddenly part of our job. It was terrible. I cried weekly trying to figure it all out. Not enough pay for the headache.

Lack of learning opportunities, lack of pay transparency, and small collaboration between teams/management

Pay for amount of worked that is being asked. The pay is way below industry standard.

Bad Management, the pay could be better

The medical insurance package- If there would be any reason to leave this position, this would be it 100%. Higher pay would be great, but lower pay and high cost-low coverage medical is a non-starter. It didn’t used to be this way. As of 1/1/24 benefit year it has gone completely down the tubes. I didn’t think it could get worse, but we just received the benefits package info for 2025 plans.
