      Good work life balance but nothing else

      Cons

      Incompetence, office politics, inefficiency, a true meat mincing machine. No progression. No innovation. Lots of people stay there for ages because after a while you are so depreciated that you don't have the skills to move on. Xchanging prefers to buy out competitors than invest in their people. The most useless HR department

      Pros

      Good team in the Leeds office building a good product. A lot of staff are lifers who know the industry and their product inside out.

      Cons

      Since being bought by CSC staff morale has gone off a cliff. Seems like CSC don't know what to do with the company now they've bought it
