Toxic management, great people if you’re lucky, acceptable only for beginners
Pros
Formerly a great software development outsourcing company with a common goal, great people, fostered tech excellence. Feel good about the experience I got and people I met, though do not generally recommend it now, other than for beginners in the industry prepared to suffer to get relevant experience in IT.
Cons
Unfortunately, developed toxic environment because of poor management, narrow-minded CEO surrounded by a tight circle of like-minded ‘top managers’ lacking relevant experience and proper training, no vison or strategy. Rude. Ignorant. Arrogant. If you don’t drink with CEO and laugh at his bad jokes, if you don’t hate people, you will not build a good career here. Compensation is unevenly distributed and is not always fair. Hard to get a proper rise. On top of that, terribly poor employee morale. No sense of community, no values. Everyone is complaining about everything, culture non-existent. Feel sad about once best company built in Dnipro, Ukraine.
