There is very little leadership, the people that have been put in leadership roles lack the experience and know how to really grow the company. They started out as a Gmail tool and tried to make the jump to more corporate clients with an Outlook product that has really not done well. They laid off A LOT of people without any warning, showing little care for their employees, as well as a lack of job security helped to create a bad culture in the workplace. Many people that started here a year or more ago are now gone. You know something is wrong when you have not one but two VP of Sales leave, and two Directors of Sales leave the firm all within a year and a half, as well as most of the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team and most hires over the last year. Only one or two salespeople have gotten close to quota, with most not selling anything at all for months. Due to this, the sales team has shrunk in half or even less and the development team also is hurting with many of the senior devs leaving for different opportunities. First Marketing was blamed for bad leads, then sales for not following up, etc, etc. I wouldn't recommend joining this team until some real changes have been made.
