Pros

Work for MAANG. Pay is good as a technical contract role. YOH is a contract company that did not scam me or my team. The role has some form of healthcare and 401k package.

Cons

Benefits are not the best, but then again, it is a contract company. No matching 401k. No possibility of becoming fulltime through YOH.

Pros

They offered benefits if you needed them. I had no issues with manager approving timesheets. All pay was received on time.

Cons

None that I could think of.

Opportunities for Diverse Experience Yoh partners with well-known companies in various industries (IT, engineering, life sciences, healthcare), offering exposure to high-profile clients and projects. 2. Fast Placement for Contractors Many contractors find Yoh efficient in placing them in roles that align with their skills and career goals. 3. Supportive Recruiters (in many cases) Contractors often praise Yoh recruiters for being communicative, responsive, and helpful during onboarding and assignment setup.

Cons

1. Limited Career Advancement Some employees feel there’s a lack of clear growth or promotion opportunities, especially in internal roles. 2. Compensation and Benefits Contract employees placed through Yoh often report limited benefits and lower pay compared to direct hires. 3. Lack of Communication or Support Contractors may feel disconnected from Yoh after placement, receiving minimal support or engagement from recruiters or account managers.

Not a good place to work for

Pros

Decent pay and commission structure

Cons

Terrible management, toxic work environment. Alot of middle managers and even at the vp level are bullies. Leaders tend to blame downwards (scapegoating) for the reason why their business is failing. But they don't realize that their business strategy is outdated and they just cant compete with the market. Their services are too expensive compared to their competitors and provide a service that doesnt justify the cost. Hence we don't get repeat businesses and our clients are one off. Stay away from the life sciences business in this org, they are constantly losing people. Morale is super low and bdms and recruiters are being treated terribly.
