The company sales training was below average

Training wasnt the best, but a simple concept to grasp.

Bad leadership and strategic planning caused a substantial loss of good recruiters and account managers. Resulted in loss of tribal knowledge. Training program for new account managers are lacking and ineffective. A lot of gossip and trash talking from all levels, including management. Management continues to scapegoat people in the company when there is a “bad quarter”.

None to think of at the time

Preach growth, flexibility and what you put in is what you get out - NOT the case! Serious divide between girls and boys, have to be a certain type of person to fit in.. a few people in leadership are very manipulative and will try to show you up in the open office by making you look stupid for not knowing something whilst still in training because it makes them feel better especially when they’re behind in they’re target. Flexibility is pretended to be encouraged, definitely doesn’t earn you any brownie points in the team. Barely give you any tools and then say ‘it’s just recruitment’, when they can’t provide correct or even minimal client or job briefs. Don’t work here unless you want to make your life sincerely harder for no reason

Disorganized and no proper training

Very long hours for a salary position and they still had you submit hours each week but you could not submit more than 40 hours in the system but you may actually work between 50-55 hours.

recruiting can be very sales driven and stressful

Work may be fast paced.
