Majority of roles are 4 days a month in the office. These days are focussed on collaboration, socialising, learning & development. The office has been designed to maximise this - but there's also plenty of space for those who prefer to work in an office environment. Virtually every week there's some sort of social event organised to enable people to build relationships .
