Pros
- Remote work (the only reason why people stay) - Flexibility for working hours
Cons
-The management is like a passive aggressive partner, you can't know what their expectations are. -You have to perform the work of 2+ full time employees to survive (but of course, you don't get the 2x salary). -Constant press scandals that prevent the company from really growing its user base (meaning your BSCPE parts are basically worthless)

Pros
There are many talented people in the company but morale is low because of the many bad parts and you can't get to know the people because no one has time to socialize.
Cons
Many people are stressed because there is not good communication or feedback. Throughout the company people are fired or don't pass trial period but aren't told why. Only that their performance wasn't good so it's a waste of time for people that left their former company to join this company for nothing.
