Pros

You might end up meeting really great proffesssional but for a very shorter time. Okay! the glassdoor review that you are checking with more than one rating are the paid review coz the company have money to spend on such things , clearly no vision with no leadership quality.

Cons

The leaders chosen for the job are not really close from the area of experties they have been appointed for. coz they are friends or very close friends. Everyone has to listen to one person only- Feels like North korea. Yes! they have their own Kim Joung Un - who has a big voice and can be heard everywhere if you walk in the office.

Paid Reviews - DO NOT JOIN

Pros

Only a handful of people there are good and knowledgable and worthy of a conversation. Rest are all dull-witted bullies. The only upside is for new joinees. you can bargain for good pay. There is no structure at all. People in higher band are getting paid lesser than their reporters by the virtue of being experienced...this company is a joke If you are a stand-up comic, this is the perfect place for you to get content. Just a day spent talking to people here will give you enough original content for a lifetime.

Cons

Paid reviews for both company and their original content. glassdoor rating is better than google playstore rating. what else proof do you need. Randomly the strategies are made and numbers are plotted out of thin air with no logic whatsoever. The work culture is extremely toxic. There absolutely zero trust hence reviews happens thrice a week with CEO which means plus 3 with your manager , which means in total you will end being reviewed 6 times a week. There is no consideration of a saturday or a Sunday or holiday or sick leave. you will be called, you will have to work. The top management members are 'yes sir' audience because people are thrown out of the company for having a backbone and not because of their inefficiencies or idiocy. If you want to survive and thrive remember "That's a great Idea Sir". Thats all you need to say to survive. Technology function - non-existent, really there is nothing in technology. Do not get fooled by all that AI ML garbage that they keep promoting on LinkedIn Marketing function - An ever-evolving and ever-changing in terms of structure. you never know what you will be doing tomorrow. Oil prices are not as dynamic as the structure of this team. Data function - data team is headed by someone who keeps adding more and more vendors to her tally. That seems to be her KRA. Even for giving a column of numbers in a serial fashion starting from 1, a vendor is a must have. Content function - never sure of what content to launch and when. Never prepared. Every content launch decision is taken at the 11th hour. The content calendar keeps changing. its a havoc. i can't remember how many times an excel is shared during a week notifying about the changes.

Cons

-Worst places to work. Please do not join. -100% Politics. PR driven. Growth is basis only on how much u lick. - top management Mancom is completely dumb. They are brain less. They don’t have opinion on anything. They can’t take any decision or call on anything -only Manager and below people work rest only throw brainless orders -Senior Management doesn’t have knowledge on anything and put all the pressure and blame on juniors -work is only to please CEO - completely direction less -don’t fall for positive reviews they are written by HR themselves to save their jobs -Marketing team and Marketing heads sucks
