      Pros

      Good onboarding process with helpful HR support from Mona. Team members are friendly, collaborative, and interactive. Access to learning resources and courses, including Claude-related training, is a positive. Overall, the initial experience has been welcoming and professional.

      Cons

      Video recording (VOR) requirements need to be enabled continuously, which can feel restrictive at times. I was expecting a role aligned with my previous Architect/Engineering Manager experience, but the position is currently structured as a Principal Software Engineer role.
