      You Will learn how to face such Worst Management & Company.

      I will suggest everybody please do not join Zenfocus private limited. For freashers its not a good company. They will not give you any training. You just sit noone will ask you and have to learn anything on your on. Nobody will came to you and ask you about If you are facing any problem. The team members are also not good. They will not help you in any way. They (Team ) treat Trainee like their Competetion. >Partiality between employess. >Stressfull enviroment. >No Standard policies. >No project. >No stipend for trainess. >Salary issues. >They will mention 2.4 lakh pacakage in offer letter but in actual they will give you 1 lakh per annum. >45 minutes of break only in whole day But if you spent more than 45 minutes then they will deduct your salary. >Paid Leaves. >Work is more but salary is very less. >Saturday working sometimes. >They will call you even on weekends to do your office work at home. >They Behave Employess like Working Machines. >No culture activities. >They will not give you Releiving Letter and experience letter even you work there for 5 years. >No Motivation. >No supervior. >No Holiday even at national holidays. >They will not provide you Laptop. You have to use your own device for company work.

      I've been working in the organisation since 1 year and I don't recommend anybody to join the organization. Worst company for freshers to begin their career. They make to work on 5K for six months in name of training period. Professional buttering people are earning well here. Managers literally shout on their colleagues right on the floor. (Dont trust me?? Go , Join and feel that) No growth opportunities. No chances to work on LIVE projects. No good projects are there. Only short term projects are there. No appreciation for good work but only criticism exists. No full and final of the employees working since past 1.5 years. Environment is very biased and depressing at times, Some people can make your life hell and less people will make it easy. Managers are ineffective and doing nothing just sitting idle. Company has no vision. Hidden HR policies and 45 mins break including washroom time is is very troublesome. No laptops are provided to the new-joinees and employees. You cannot bring pendrives but you have to bring the laptops. This is something sounds ridiculous.

      I worked with them one month only so i didn't find any Pros.

      I will never suggest anyone to join this company as the policies they have are most worst. You have 10 days Annual Leave and 9 days Festival Leave only. As per Indian Labour Law, if you working 20 days you earn 1 leave and i don't understand who designed their Leave Policy. There is no sick Leave, casual Leave. During probation you are not entitled with any leave, if you take leave then salary will be deducted. You will get 45 mins break in which you have to eat your lunch and pass urine and if it exceeds then salary will be deducted. I have seen guys in company who worked with them 2-3 years and pleading for their relieving and experience letters. Exploitation of Freshers who are hired from campus. You are not supposed to bring Pen drives, hard disk etc because of data related issues but its mandatory for you to use you to bring personal laptops as they don't provide laptops, this is kinda funny i found. They will ask to fill declaration form for assets without giving any assets. No action against employees who use foul words and abuse others. No transparency in the company.
