Speaking up is heavily discouraged and would only make you a target. 5. Predatory work culture. 6. Workplace violence and threats. 7. Little to no investigation of reports. 8. Environment encourages exploitation of naive employees. 9. Hazing like practices

      Great people around the various offices. Small office environment means you can engage in any area you like with out red tape. Friendly staff.

      Cons

      Poor management that play off each other like school boy playground antics. High turnover. Over worked No organisation of team bonding, socialisation activities. Pickering between management in meetings.
