Disorganized management, CEO was the biggest issue

You are expected to work around the clock. I don't know what team one of these reviewers is talking about but I can tell you that they count down to the last minute before people are excused. Even experienced engineers must pay attention to report when they need to go use the restroom and when they return. The same rules don't apply to managers or their favorites. You will work overtime, you will be on call, without pay or compensation. Benefits are poor. Pay is low. The company runs extremely lean, they are cheap but they have no problem scrambling around getting 15 engineers and managers to work on a problem that was caused by using the cheapest solution possible or a lack of appropriate tools. There is also a core of longtime employees that are in way too deep and over their heads in important roles. There are many giant egos that affect the company and its customers in a bad way. The theme for the latest company call was work harder. If you are an engineer of any type and are considering working here, you would have to be desperate to do so and I feel for you. Also, they skipped bonuses this year as punishment for customer attrition. Everyone acts like they are on the verge of being fired and they actually foment that culture.
