    I worked at Zipcar full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Modern and comfortable office at Avis's HQ in Bracknell. Not the best location if you prefer working in London. Bracknell is not the most charismatic of places.

    Cons

    Management. Several inconsistencies throughout the company. Appeared to be lots of in-fighting between heads of different departments.

    Colleagues, the social side and team drinks

    Cons

    The management expects staff to deal with their poorly thought-out processes and, often, not working service which means that sales are impacted by angry customers who have been mis-sold a product

    Laid back atmosphere. Free car club membership if you drive.

    Cons

    Zero career progression. Located outside city centre so difficult to get to.
