      Pros

      - Management is open to new ideas - Salaries are above industry average - Lots of good web developers to work with - Overtime is rarely asked for (happened only once to me)

      Cons

      - Compared to multinational companies, no stock options (this is a big loss, considering the potential for such a company) - Although smart people are given challenging tasks, they might sometimes find themselves in the position of doing really boring tasks for a few weeks.

      Except from the fact that there are many employees and it's kind of hard to socialize with a large part of the staff, i don't think i encountered any problems
