Pros

A few good employees amongst a large group of narcissistic, lazy, unethical management and executive leadership team.

Cons

Run far away from this company. Their competitors have far superior products and commercial plans. Zogenix lacks leadership and execution. clueless on how to run a proper Talent Acquisition program, untrustworthy, and most of all treat people poorly and unprofessionally. Zogenix leaders lack transparency and the nasty internal politics eats away at the company being able to grow and succeed. Very boring company, mico-management is commonplace.

Good folks, bad leadership

Pros

Many experienced and competent SMEs, a more friendly and personable culture than most other pharma companies.

Cons

A few people in prominent and impactful leadership positions are destructive and incompetent. The CEO is a good person, but I can’t approve of him because he fails to make these obvious and critical changes.
