      Great bonus opportunities. Be cautious the bonus structure changes yearly.

      You'll kill yourself to get the bonuses. Your input is not wanted and if you provide it, there may be indirect repercussions to sharing. You're expected to tow the company talking points even at the risk of doing what's best for your customers.
