Pros
Work load is not too bad, you get to have some life beside your job.
Cons
I can comfortably say that the product management is almost a gang. They're biased and will care for whoever is older there and on their side no matter what he's doing. All besides no room for growth, and very poor management that you won't learn or grow anyway with them. Low pay compared to the market.
