...pay was great but it was the company culture and the people that really made this firm such a success. It was just a really great business with a great service, with exceptional people who sincerely cared about the customers and beating the pants off the competition. Timing was right as most data/intelligence providers were placing information online. This was quite possibly one of the first true SaaS companies which was founded around the .com explosion and flourished all the way to the multiple acquisitions.
