Poor and disorganised

Nice startup atmosphere, fun events at times

Cons

Low compensation, disorganised, and loyalty only goes one way. Accepting any low price for projects out of desperation to get any income. Everyone constantly firefighting to meet deadlines. Disappointing quality. Still surprised there is not a meaningful product
