Great colleagues but management decisions hinder efficiency

Most of my colleagues were a genuine pleasure to work with.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility. The strategic and operational decisions of management leave something to be desired. For an online ecommerce company there seemed to be a pervasive lack of technical support for internal teams, making it a genuine battle for efficiency and to get the most basic things done.
