Pros
No work at all . If someone is interested to go office just for timepass or to make some farce , then it's a best company.
Cons
1.Not for people who are serious about their career 2. False commitment to take right people and to keep people in the organization 3. Full of partility and politics in the team which is mainly intitated by leaders in the department. 4. Team is full of fake, egoistic ,jealous people 5. No cooperation in the team but they pretend high quality of cooperation and knowledge in team. In true sense there is no such.

The work atmosphere is very good and friendly, you can work for a longer period if you don't have hurry.

Pros
1) No real work pressure, all you need to deliver the projects as per due date . 2) No one will poke in your daily work all the time. 3) You are free to plan your work. 4) You can get help from colleagues (who are knowledgeable) on domain. 5) Mainly projects are from Ireland and are big projects. 6) You can available bus facility (Free of Cost) for Kolkata Office (Both Pick Up and Drop) from Ultadanga via Chingrihata, Narkel Bagan. 7) You can avail leaves after 3 months probation period and you can get approval without any headache.
Cons
1) You have a notice period of 2 months ( I hope its negotiable) 2) HR Decision is final although at times it unrealistic. 3) Manager is totally inexperience and whimsical. Technical not sound enough. 4) Salary Date is between (7-10th of every month) (Rest assured it won't be delayed after 10th) 5) While recruitment the company negotiates salary to the lowest , which matter is employee resignation and job search after few months. 6) Company involves employee in In-House Project more . The Quantity of Projects at e-Celtic is very less which results in employees mental balance of Job Security, Although the budget of the projects are high.
