Absolutely none. I don't understand who would have written the few positive reviews on this page. This must be the only work the HR team does :)

Cons

Why do you join a company ? Is it salary ? you may get delayed pay or no pay for months. Is it job security? nothing is secure here Even your next job is at risk cause they don't give your full and final settlement and required documents also in time.

I think no sane person would rate them 5 here most of the people who have rated 5 are the ecentric HR themselves coming to the pros 'absolute nothing'.period.

Cons

Everything is manual here nothing automated even your bank account details you need to send it in an excel file.LMAO. I have seen many struggle here calling these people for salaries day and night moreover these people wouldnt answer any calls or make the lines busy. No work culture.
