Wow! Where do I begin. This company is not a population health company as they claim. They probably don't even know or understand the meaning. They have people in top position who do not know what they are doing. The company doesn't care either. All they care about is keeping their few State contracts at any cost!! Even though they are not equipped to handle the demands. Their systems are outdated, they have no modern technology to evaluate their PARs to get data needed to improve their processes. They get told what to do instead of making recommendations. They have a hard time finding people and having people stay. The leadership is intimidated by anyone that is smarter than them and have fresh new industry standard ideals. This company is not forward thinking, all they care about is today. Probably why they are losing contracts when they come up to bid! This company wouldn't know strategy if it hit them in the face. This is why they only process claims! If this company is around in give years, I will be shocked!!! Very high turnover!! Promoting people that have no business in leadership. If you like ship wrecks this is the company for you. Oh and did I mention LOW PAY for the cost of living in your area!!!

This company's CEO and upper management uses their staff to gain what they are in need of and then has another layoff. It has happened several times in the last 18 months, with the most recent large layoff two weeks before Christmas with only 2 weeks severance. No loyalty to staff, only to their own pockets.
