      Pros

      The task force is mainly made up of 20 and 30 year olds, which is unusual in the Asset Management world. Everyone is ambitious and driven. I've made lifelong friends here.

      Cons

      Customers and their employees have given the exact same feedback on their database for years, and they have 'managed out' everyone who has reported major issues. They always advertise they're a great place to work but this only applies to the Atlanta office, where the benefits are unusual for the USA -the benefits are fairly standard in the UK. Decisions are made in HQ and they are very US-centric, so you'll end up making many trips to Atlanta -which is only fun the first time.

      Growing pains of a fintech make this a tough place to work

      Pros

      Excellent social life with colleagues, a lot of nice people to work with and even befriend, good pay and bonus structure, thorough initial training for any role at the firm.

      Cons

      A lot about the culture of the firm is just lip service. There is too much team work, you have to be constantly available for meetings about anything and everything even remotely related to your role. There is no point in unlimited PTO when the workload is so high. Not enough flexibility and autonomy offered. Growth paths are often unclear, people get stuck in their roles and can only hope for higher pay.

      Great company if you have a zero ambitions in life

      Pros

      Generally nice people, good benefits, international travel, great office, laid-back atmosphere, unlimited PTOs, 9 to 5 job. If you are someone who wants to have an easy, stable employment and does not want to grow professionally, that would be a perfect place to be.

      Cons

      Zero possibility for personal development and growth within the company . Meaningless mind-numbing work supervised by unexperienced and terrible management. A 50% of employees has no clue what they do. Majority of people has no life outside the office so they take the job too personally (with deep emotional attachment). Office drama is the most important thing for many. All of the best long-term employees has already left, so I guess it says a lot.
