      Pros

      Really lovely people, talented and amiable, no politics. Strong product set, solid customer base. Very proudly Portuguese (oh and Porto is a fantastic city).

      Cons

      A bit conservative in planning expansion.

      Pros

      ebankit has some of the best professionals in the business. Awesome teams to work with, and overall a great work environment.

      Cons

      HR, team management, product management, and delivery management are terrible. Agile methodologies aren't properly implemented. Salaries are low, and benefits are almost inexistent. Work equipments are outdated and low-budget.
