      Pros

      The company culture is very refreshing. Employees can freely communicate and give praise and constructive criticism when needed. There are no egos or office politics. Office space is nice and in a great downtown San Diego location.

      Cons

      Great place to work overall. I don’t have any negatives that I have experienced so far.

      Pros

      Employees are compensated on the basis of their monthly performance and the performance checking/monitoring is conducted on a daily basis so that I know what I need to do to improve.

      Cons

      Because it is a start-up, there is a lot of work for customer support and too few staff to deal with this work.
