My experience has been that if you work hard and go beyond the job description, it will be recognized in growth opportunities. The company really lives its values and also has generous benefits.

Working at gener8tor was some of the best professional experience I have ever gotten. It truly was like getting my MBA but in true lived experience. I was a part of the team early on, and was able to grow with the company as it grew. The team truly cared about me and my own growth. I've built forever friendships from this experience and am so happy that gener8tor continues to grow.

Cons

High pace and at times was definitely working over 40 hour weeks.
