      The most fulfilling job I've ever had. Working side-by-side with clients to solve their toughest problems, with great co-workers - and the freedom and flexibility to shape your own destiny.

      Cons

      The downside of the freedom is you have to be very deliberate about what you say yes and no to - which can take some time to get used to.
