Pros

iAnywhere is a division of Sybase, which recently became a division of SAP. It is tasked with developing enterprise mobile middlewhere. As a result, it works on interesting projects. The Health benefits are quite good.

Cons

Vacation time is on the low end, and they tell you when you have to take a week of it (mandatory shutdown). The quarterly results trump everything else, even if it sabotages the next quarter. It has been many years since President Terry Stepian has done anything but try to maximize this quarter profits, and as a result long term investment is virtually non existent, and the long term performance of the division is in the slumps. Terry has surrounded himself with like-minded people, so the culture is not going to change anytime soon.
