Pros

1. You will learn how to become a proper slave for the company 2. You are a new employee and fresh graduate? No problem they will provide 0 training and immediately give 438 bugs to fix and yell at you if you make a newbie mistake. 3. The work life balance is so balanced here that you will have 12 hours of work and 12 hours of rest everyday including weekend and public holiday. What else can you ask for? 4. The appraisal system here is so amazing that even-though you are appraising for last year, the team lead and project manager will still score you based on this year performance.

Cons

1. The amount of work here will put Pharaoh to shame when he is building the pyramid. 2. Appraisal on April, salary adjustment on August and promised bonus on September (which is paid on December). 3. The management spouts so much lies and nonsense that I thought I was in political party. 4. Hiring is so bad that they hired the worst possible seniors, team leaders and project managers possible. 5. Now they are hiring bunch of fresh grads and interns and celebrate each and every single one of their birthday in hope that they will become slave forever. 6. From 100 seniors / team leads that they hired, you will only get 2 that are great. 7. Hugging so much on old technologies and retarded systems. 8. Can't say no to the clients even-though the requirements are retarded and completely wrong. (e.g. Putting entire business into one app that have 30 minutes compilation time on debug mode.) 9. Why are you still reading this? Even satan won't consider this company for punishment. 10. The employees that called this company 'good' or 'not bad' are either retarded, never been on a better company or just someone that is too scared to voice out their thought.

Fantastic company made up from a bunch of clowns

Pros

1) able to improve your lying skills as the Management will teach you how to lie the clients when there are urgent BAU issues with some fantastic excuse such as smartphone no battery, laptop spoilt etc. 2) learn how to be a clown by entertaining the Upper management. (Pro tip: if you want to climb fast in this company, just join force with both of them. Extra Tip: if you know how to flirt or act cute then result will be even better) 3) able to improve your surviving skills as the upper management will only step in when the project is backfired. Otherwise you have to handle all the issues (facing clients, bank PIC etc) by your own because your manager will always take MC/EL during urgent timing. 4) able to learn how to cover up a bad system with more bad coding. Whenever you need any guidance, your superior will ask you to go Google to learn it. As long as it works, your superior will not review it and straight push the codes to live system without any verification.

Cons

1) no proper KT documents. Most of the knowledges are verbally transferred. 2) unable to pay EPF on time without any formal email being sent out by HR. Whenever you go and ask HR, she will either choose to ignore your message, or she will blame you for asking. 3) no bonus given even it is written in the employee handbook. HR will always tell you "yeah we are definitely giving out bonus soon", and its been delayed for more than one year.

Good place to train your mentality

Pros

- Good learning place for beginners - Colleagues and team members are friendly and helpful - Conducive environment for developing stress tolerance and time critical decisions ability

Cons

- Poor management, resources are overstretched to different projects within limited shared headcount. - Management shares no empathy to staff. A most important element in a company is to have trust between their employers and employees. But like any typical poor cultured workplace, employers tend to question efforts instead of recognising contributions and appreciating employees. - Vendor culture. Committing to deliverables which are not feasible within limited timeline, and constantly changing requirements. Has almost no bargaining power against clients and will commit to what is requested. - Turnover rate is high, seniors left were replaced with juniors which has no product knowledge, yet headcount is accounted into project with no reasonable buffers to cater for newbie’s onboarding + understanding and coping product/project knowledge. - Staff benefits are comparatively poor at this era.
